With nearly a decade of experience in fitness, Ichell is dedicated to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. Originally from San Andrés, Colombia, she turned her passion for fitness into a profession after moving to the U.S. in 2013. Ichell is a certified specialist in post-rehab training, active aging, nutrition, golf fitness, and more.

Alexis has been with Club Renaissance for over five years, bringing a background in yoga and group fitness. She is a certified instructor in personal training yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, and aqua fitness, and also serves as the Membership Coordinator.

Kim transitioned from a corporate career into fitness, earning certifications in cycling, water aerobics, and personal training. She enjoys helping members improve their mobility and strength.

A certified fitness instructor, Yifei specializes in Pilates, strength training, and stretching, helping members build flexibility and endurance.

Rachel has over 300 hours of yoga and fitness training and has been leading classes in yoga, Pilates, barre, and body sculpting for nearly two decades.
