Wellness Center
The Wellness Center as well as the Mind & Body Studio offers the latest in fitness equipment, group exercise classes, and much more. We offer a variety of strength and cardiovascular machines that all overlook the serene pool and golf course. Whether it’s working on building strength, feeling the warmth of the sun in our water aerobics classes, or working on breathing techniques in our yoga classes, we have something perfectly suited for you.
Wellness Programs
Whether you are new to fitness or you have been exercising for a long time, our programs are designed with the individual’s goal in mind. Emphasis is placed on letting the clients take control and work at their own pace. The non-intimidating atmosphere helps clients to focus on their routine. Our educated and dedicated staff offers complimentary orientations to assess your current fitness level, establish goals, and ensure a safe and effective exercise routine. Personal training is also available for those looking to have that extra push or one-on-one time with the supervision of a trainer.
Mind and Body Studio
Face Masks in the fitness area are optional.
Please remember that our Fitness classes are not open for Member Guests or House Guests.
We are allowing "House Guests" in the Gym & Fitness Center everyday beginning at 12 pm. Please have your guest complete a Fitness Waiver and obtain a guest pass for access to the fitness center. Also, please make sure your guests have reviewed the fitness center Guest Policy should they use the Gym. To avoid possible membership suspension please do not hand out your membership card to guests or family members.
Class schedules and Class Descriptions

Indoor Group Exercise Class Descriptions
*Low Intensity **Medium Intensity ***High Intensity !!Suitable for all levels
Flex & Stretch (**) - Mat based, deep tissue stretches, and release focused on range of motion and movement. Members must be comfortable getting down and up from the mat. This class will require the use of two mats for additional support. Use of a personal mat is suggested; however, mats will be provided. This is traditional format of our basic stretch while incorporating the foam roller to create a greater release of the muscle tissue. Mon 9:30am.
Body Burn (**) (***) - Is a blend of cardio and resistance training. M/W 8:30am.
Tone Up (***) - This fan favorite format incorporates a combination of kickboxing and weight training for a full body work out.
Spinning (**) - An indoor cycling workout that using body positions and resistance to simulate a ride outdoors. This workout will take you on a journey of various speeds, terrains, and intensities. This class is not recommended for beginners or anyone with back conditions. [45 min.] Thursdays -8:00am
Yo Chi (*) - based off the traditional principles of Tai Chi all movements or “forms” are performed at a slow pace in a continuous flow of connective movements using breath work to help train the body to move as one single unit, emphasizing concentration, flow of energy and balance and inspiration of yoga
Yoga Flow (*) - the general term given to any style of yoga asana in which the practitioner moves dynamically from one posture immediately into another, following the breath.
Pilates (**)(***) - A low impact class that includes a mix of standing and mat Pilates exercises which emphasizes strengthening the abdominals, back, gluteal and surrounding muscles.
Circuit Station (**) (***) - This class delivers an effective workout designed to strengthen and tone the body as well as improve the range of motion and flexibility throughout the body. This class will include the use of different exercise props and tools. Members must be able move/manage equipment.
ZUMBA (***) - this class features a mix of different dance styles and moves combined with traditional fitness calisthenics and interval training for a high cardio fun workout.
Aging fit - This fun, full-body workout keeps you on your toes by combining cardio and strength training exercises while using a variety of equipment. This dynamic class is an enjoyable and interactive way to boost the metabolism and burn calories. The format of this class will change from week to week (All levels)
Balance & Beyond - This class features a mix of focused and dynamic balance exercises and techniques to help keep you safe on your feet! This format will challenge and build your mobility, strength, and balance. Mon 3:30pm/ Land
CARDIO KICKBOXING - is a non-contact workout. All punches and kicks are thrown into the air or onto pads. It’s a high-energy workout that can burn between 350 and 450 calories an hour, according to the American Council on Exercise.
Chair Yoga - is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Chair yoga classes typically target those with physical disabilities or aging men and women who find a typical yoga session too challenging.
Just Stretch - Mat based stretch focused class based off the Restorative Yoga principles of using the breath to help soften the mind and release muscular tension, incorporating the use of different props to assist in tension release and holding poses for up to 1 minute to allow the muscles to fully release. NOTE: this class is 1 hour long and features a 10-minute reclined silent relaxation at the end of each class.
Pool/Water Class descriptions
Power Pyramids (**) - This exciting new format features the Foam Star Aqua Equipment to enhance an array of interval training exercises. A great class for a total body workout. Wed 9:30am/ Aqua
Aqua Circuit- (**) (***) - This class delivers an effective workout designed to strengthen and tone the body as well as improve the range of motion and flexibility throughout the body using the water. This class will include the use of different exercise Aqua props and tools.
H20 Cardio/Strength(**) - This class offers two options for an effective workout. You can choose to be in the deep water and use the buoyancy belt or stay in the shallow end. Whatever you choose be prepared for a fun, full body workout! Mon 9:30am
Aqua Resistance (*) - Focusing on full Body Strength and endurance using the water for resistance while still managing low impact exercises T/Th 11am
Aqua Motion (*) - A moderate water workout to improve strength, endurance and flexibility.
Noodle & Weights (*) - Synchronized aqua resistance exercises while using a noodle.
Walking Track
Overlooking the fitness complex, the walking/jogging track is made of Tufflex compound rubber and is designed for maximum results and safety.
