The Wellness Center offers a variety of fitness and wellness programs tailored to meet the needs of all Members. Featuring state-of-the-art strength and cardiovascular equipment with scenic views of the pool and golf course, the center provides a welcoming environment for exercise and relaxation.
Fitness & Wellness Programs
Our programs cater to individuals at all fitness levels, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Members can enjoy:
- A selection of indoor and water-based group fitness classes
- Personalized guidance through complimentary fitness orientations
- Personal training for one-on-one coaching and customized workout plans
- Access to a walking and jogging track designed for safe and effective workouts
Guest Access
- Indoor fitness classes are reserved for members only.
- Aqua classes allow one registered house guest per session (prior notification required).
- Gym & Fitness Center access for registered house guests starts daily at 12 p.m. Guests must complete a Fitness Waiver and obtain a guest pass from the front desk.
Personal Training
For those looking to enhance their workouts, certified personal trainers are available for guidance, motivation, and customized fitness plans. Appointments fill quickly, so book early to secure your session.
