Ichell Davis – Fitness Manager
With nearly a decade of experience in fitness, Ichell is dedicated to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. Originally from San Andrés, Colombia, she turned her passion for fitness into a profession after moving to the U.S. in 2013. Ichell is a certified specialist in post-rehab training, active aging, nutrition, golf fitness, and more.

Alexis Macon – Fitness Coordinator & Assistant
Alexis has been with Club Renaissance for over five years, bringing a background in yoga and group fitness. She is a certified instructor in personal training yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, and aqua fitness, and also serves as the Membership Coordinator.

 Kim Brown – Fitness Assistant & Group Fitness Instructor
Kim transitioned from a corporate career into fitness, earning certifications in cycling, water aerobics, and personal training. She enjoys helping members improve their mobility and strength.

Linda Mulcahy – Group Fitness & Spin Instructor

Linda has been passionate about fitness for years and became a certified spin instructor at Club Renaissance. She brings energy and motivation to every class.

Yifei Shoemaker – Group Fitness Instructor
A certified fitness instructor, Yifei specializes in Pilates, strength training, and stretching, helping members build flexibility and endurance.

Rachel Flack – Yoga & Group Fitness Instructor
Rachel has over 300 hours of yoga and fitness training and has been leading classes in yoga, Pilates, barre, and body sculpting for nearly two decades.

Carol Lynn- Group Fitness Instructor

Carol grew up in California and spent most of her time in the water. She played water polo - right wing, surfed Santa Cruz waves, taught swim lessons and was a summer lifeguard at a lake in the Sierras. After retiring from a hospital in Monterey, California she returned to school and studied Holistic Health. She is excited to return to the water, her first love and offer Aqua Aerobics to the Club Renaissance community.
