The Wellness Center as well as the Mind & Body Studio offers the latest in fitness equipment, group exercise classes, and much more. We offer a variety of strength and cardiovascular machines that all overlook the serene pool and golf course. Whether it’s working on building strength, feeling the warmth of the sun in our water aerobics classes, or working on breathing techniques in our yoga classes, we have something perfectly suited for you.
Whether you are new to fitness or you have been exercising for a long time, our programs are designed with the individual’s goal in mind. Emphasis is placed on letting the clients take control and work at their own pace. The non-intimidating atmosphere helps clients to focus on their routine. Our educated and dedicated staff offers complimentary orientations to assess your current fitness level, establish goals, and ensure a safe and effective exercise routine. Personal training is also available for those looking to have that extra push or one-on-one time with the supervision of a trainer.
Mind and Body Studio
Our energetic, qualified instructors offer a variety of classes from morning to afternoon. Whether you desire a high-energy Zumba class, the strengthening of Pilates, a refreshing pool workout or the tranquil meditation of yoga, the Mind & Body Studio has a class for you!
Starting August, the fitness center will be launching 2 NEW classes: Sit and Fit and Power Cardio. Sit and Fit uses a chair as a tool while using weights, bands, and other equipment to get a full body strength and cardio workout. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Power Cardio will increase your heart rate and make you drip sweat to burn calories.
Rachel’s Tai Chi will return to Monday’s at 11:15 am.
On August 16th at 3:30, we will hold a special workshop in the group exercise room: Body & Sole and Sangria. In this class, you will work with your feet by foot movement and massaging in order to improve balance and foot function as you enjoy a delicious Sangria. Come check it out; we promise your feet will feel brand new!

Special Class! Join us for NIA (Non-Impact Aerobics) on Thursday, Sept 13th at 3:00pm!
The week of September 23-28th is Active Aging Week! Celebrate Active Aging week with us with a special class at 10:05 each day. In the water we will hold special classes on Mon, Wed, and Fri that week, so check the schedule for details. On Friday Sept 28th we will hold a special Pot Luck luncheon at noon in the Spa Lobby. Please bring a dish to share.
Our new Power Walking Club will begin on Fridays in September at 8:00am. Meet in the group exercise room.
Overlooking the fitness complex, the walking/jogging track is made of Tufflex compound rubber and is designed for maximum results and safety.
