Ichell Davis, Fitness Manager
Ichell is entering her fourth year with Club Renaissance in 2018. She is a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and the party and event planner for the Wellness Center. She is certified in Group Exercise, Personal Training, Zumba, Water Exercise, Belly Dance, Active Aging and is a Nutritional Consultant. Formats she teaches include Hip Hop Toning, Glutes and Abs, Aqua Fiesta, F.A. Balance, Boomers, Glutes and Abs, and Strength. Ichell has 2 girls, aged nine and two, and loves intensive training and all types of dance!
Chantel DiMuzio, Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer
Chantel is in her seventh year with Club Renaissance. She serves as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and oversees the daily operations and staff of the Wellness Center. Chantel holds certifications in Group Exercise, Personal Training, Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Tai Chi and Water Exercise. Formats she teaches include the aforementioned as well Glutes and Abs, Pump, Interval Training, Yoga, and Stretch. Chantel has two boys, ages five and 10, and is an avid distance runner and cyclist. She's completed 25 half marathons, 7 full marathons and is looking forward to conquering marathon number eight in the fall of 2018!
Shannon Castellano, Group Exercise Instructor
Shannon joined the Group Fitness team in February 2017. She is a certified group exercise instructor, Yoga instructor, and Water Exercise instructor. Formats she teaches are Aqua Yoga, Aqua Cardio Strength, Glutes and Abs, and Revolution.
Rachel Flack, Group Exercise Instructor
Rachel has been a part of the Club Renaissance family since 2012. She is a YogaFit certified Yoga instructor, and also holds certifications in Group Exercise, Barre, and Tai Chi. She teaches classes in the following formats: Yoga, Tai Chi, Barre, and Body Sculpting. Rachel worked in corporate America in Silicon Valley for 30 years. After retiring to Florida with her husband, she began focusing on sharing her love for exercise and Yoga with others. She also designs jewelry in her spare time.
Patricia Heintz, Water Exercise Instructor
Visit our pool and find Patricia leading fun and interactive water exercise classes six days a week! Patricia is a USWFA certified water exercise and swim instructor. She teaches a variety of formats including H20 Weights, Water Walking, Noodles, Fun Friday, and Aqua Blast. Patricia has been an athlete all her life and was a gymnast, cheerleader, and Color Guard Drill Team leader in Minneapolis, MN.
Lauren Reale, Group Exercise Instructor & Fitness Coordinator
Lauren joined the Club Renaissance team in February 2017. She is licensed Zumba instructor. Since the age of three, Lauren was active in dance classes such as tap, jazz, and hip-hop. During the day, she teaches second grade and sometimes even brings the fun of Zumba into her classroom! Lauren is planning to expand her base of Group Exercise knowledge to include new formats in 2018, and we hope to see her around Club Renaissance more!
Lina Wilburn, Group Exercise Instructor
Lina is one of the newest members of our group fitness team, joining us in February 2018. She is certified in Group Fitness (AFAA) and Personal Training (ACE) as well as Barre, Core de Force, Insanity, P90X, SCW Aqua, Active Aging, Piloxing, and Strong by Zumba. She has passionately coached and trained individuals with varying goals from weight loss to marathon running and is always seeking a new challenge to enhance her fitness knowledge. She brings her enthusiasm into every class she teaches and ensures that 'FUN' is a part of every session. Lina is from Colombia, South America and has twin, nine-year-old boys.
