The Wellness Center as well as the Mind & Body Studio offers the latest in fitness equipment, group exercise classes, and much more. We offer a variety of strength and cardiovascular machines that all overlook the serene pool and golf course. Whether it’s working on building strength, feeling the warmth of the sun in our water aerobics classes, or working on breathing techniques in our yoga classes, we have something perfectly suited for you.
Whether you are new to fitness or you have been exercising for a long time, our wellness center and programs are designed with the individual’s goal in mind. Emphasis is placed on letting the clients take control and work at their own pace. The non-intimidating atmosphere helps clients to focus on their routine. Our educated and dedicated staff offers complimentary orientations to assess your current fitness level, establish goals, and ensure a safe and effective exercise routine. Personal training is also available for those looking to have that extra push or one-on-one time with the supervision of a trainer.
Mind and Body Studio
Our energetic, qualified instructors offer a variety of classes from morning to afternoon. Whether you desire a high-energy Zumba class, the strengthening of Pilates, a refreshing pool workout or the tranquil meditation of yoga, the Mind & Body Studio has a class for you!
Overlooking the fitness complex, the walking/jogging track is made of Tufflex compound rubber and is designed for maximum results and safety.
If you need help getting started or maintaining your fitness program, consider a Personal Training session. Our highly qualified Fitness Trainers are here to help you meet your goals. Appointments are available on a limited basis and fill up quickly, so stop by or call the Wellness Center to schedule your appointment today.
Please note the lap swimming lanes will be closed between 11:15-12 PM Monday-Fridays due to the large size of water classes. Lanes are open all other times and please be courteous to those swimming laps. Thank you!
Winter Water class information
Beginning Feb 1st, Patricia's Water Fitness classes will be moving to the afternoons for the cooler weather. Class times are as follows:
Monday: H20 Weights- 2:00pm
Tuesday: Water Walking- 10:00am & Aqua Strength 2:00pm
Wednesday: H20 Noodles- 2:00pm
Thursday: Water Walking- 3:00pm
Friday: H20 Fun Friday- 2:00pm
Saturday: Aqua Blast- 11:00am
New Class! Tai Chi on Mondays &Wednesdays, 11:15am
This new 35 minute class will be held Mondays and Wednesdays in the mind and body studio at 11:15am. No experience or prior knowledge of Tai Chi necessary! This class is beginner friendly and suitable for all levels. Often called “moving meditation”, Tai Chi and Qi Gong are ancient Chinese martial arts practices that will calm your mind, restore your balance, and keep you energized.
